Founded in 2003 by qualified nutritionist and endurance sports coach Simon Saunders, he has helped athletes from a wide variety of disciplines achieve their goals, from finishing their first triathlon to winning national titles, qualifying for a World Championships or even being selected for the Special Forces.

Simon has over 30 years of experience in endurance sports, racing short and long distances of running, cycling, triathlon and adventure races in the UK and all over the world.

His passion has always been helping others to achieve their potential with the common theme being that their goals become his goals.

Simon’s coaching style is very clear and straight forward, he has a really good understanding of what effect different training sessions have and my training is tailored based on my feedback after sessions. Simon has been an amazing help coaching our daughter. We were looking for an experienced triathlon coach and were recommended Simon. Our daughter has been competing at county, regional and national level and needed help taking her training schedule forward. I needed a structured running training programme not only to improve times but also to keep injuries at a minimum as these were all too common on my existing ad hoc running training.  Simon developed a programme for me and within only 3 months I had smashed two PB’s at 5K & Half Marathon by a considerable margin.  Previously I had never incorporated speed work sessions to my training as I was prone to injuries with this type of training but was pleasantly surprised to be able to carry these out and hold injuries off using Simon’s programme.

With no background in swimming and very “sinky” legs my main concern was always swimming the 3.8km distance. I had already used a swimming coach and had become frustrated with slow progress. Simon’s approach was immediately different and more focused towards my triathlon goals. Each session had clear themes and over the course of six lessons my swimming improved significantly. With Simon’s help I have been able to swim faster and double the distances I can swim, and now regularly swim 4km+ sets in the pool.
